Preparation
Before the shoot, we suggest that you follow our preparation checklist below. Following the checklist will best represent your home to buyers.
Remove Personal Items
Please ask the homeowner to vacate the property during the shoot.
Remove / hide all personal pictures, calendars, jackets, shoes, etc.
Hide all pet items.
Clean
Declutter the property to the best of your abilities.
Vacuum, mop, wipe windows, wipe counter-tops, etc. We recommend hiring a professional cleaner.
Make all beds and tidy everything up.
Clear all items off of countertops.
Lightbulbs
Test and replace all burnt-out bulbs.
This includes lamps and led-strips.
Conceal any cords.
Declutter
Remove all items off countertops.
Remove items such as magnets off of the refridgerator.
Hide garbage bins inside cabinets.
Hide all towels.
Clean
Wipe countertops.
Put away dishes, paper towels, soaps, sponges, baking supplies, etc.
